Hi. We've made an exception for you in our embassy policy because we find you an agreeable region. However, you won't be listed in the embassy list of the Diplomatic Corps unless you decide to establish diplomatic relationships with us first. You can do this by telegramming any Embassies-authority officer in South African Union with the proposal.
However, due to cluttering of non-serious embassies, we need you to actually follow the criteria this time.
The criteria for diplomatic relationships is as follows:

2. Has a functioning administrative team
3. Is not Fascist or Communist - For Communist, exceptions can apply
